Handler® 210 and optional DP-3035 Spool Gun

Packed with Power in a Portable Case

Optional DP-3035
Direct Plug-in Spool Gun (optional)
Great for MIG aluminum welding 16 gauge to 1/4".

The Handler 210 is the one portable MIG welder that has 210 amps of welding power for handling 3/8 inch mild steel and enough control for 24 ga. thin material. Designed to handle a variety of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

The optional DP-3035 direct plug-in spool gun alleviates problems associated with feeding soft aluminum wire and the 20 ft. lead provides extended reach when used with aluminum and mild or stainless steel welding wire. The spool gun circuitry is already built into the Handler 210 so no extra kits or controls are required. Just plug the spool gun lead into the feedhead, attach the trigger lead and flip the switch on the inside panel for spool gun operation. Install the correct wire and gas for the job and its ready to go.

  • Max 210 Amps output in a small portable case makes transporting to job sites easier and provides power to weld 3/8" steel.
  • 7 voltage selections, enhanced magnetics and infinite wire feed speed control offers easier fine control of the output parameters for improved arc performance with less spatter for a better bead appearance and less cleanup
  • Spool gun control circuitry is built-in to the Handler 210 for the optional DP-3035 direct plug-in spool gun. Alleviates feeding problems with soft aluminum wires, and 20 ft. lead provides extended reach for mild/stainless steel applications.
  • Built-in contactor eases use and is an excellent safety feature which makes wire electrically "cold" when not welding
  • Easy access to polarity changeover includes storage holes for spare tips
  • Dual groove drive rolls make it easy to switch between .023/.025 in. (0.6 mm) and .030 - .035 in. (0.8 - 0.9 mm) wire
  • Self-resetting thermal overload and motor protection

The Handler 210 comes set up to weld with flux cored self-shielding wire (great for outdoor welding projects) or to weld with solid wire (just change the polarity and add the preferred wire and shielding gas).

The 7 output voltage selections and continuous wire feed speed control permit fine tuning the parameters for improved arc performance with a smoother arc, less spatter, better bead appearance and minimal post-weld cleanup.

Convenience features include an internal storage area for spare tips and a "no tools" quick-change drive roll system with dual groove feedrolls to make changing wire diameter easy. A self-resetting thermal overload system protects the Handler 210 in the toughest applications.
